bj99 Terms & Conditions — Rules Governing Your Account and Use of the Platform

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "bj99", "we", "us", "our" refers to the bj99 platform and the entity operating it, accessible at bj99.biz and any associated mirror or alternative domains.
• "Platform" means the bj99 website, all associated web pages, mobile-optimised views, software interfaces, and all services made available through them, including the sportsbook, live casino, slots, and account management tools.
• "Player", "you", "your" means any individual who has registered an account with bj99 or who accesses the Platform for any purpose.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration, through which all betting, gaming, and financial transactions are conducted on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, free spins, or other incentive amounts credited to an Account by bj99 under the terms of a specific promotional offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be staked before they become eligible for withdrawal, as specified in the applicable promotional terms.
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any stake placed by a Player on a sporting event, casino game, or any other outcome offered on the Platform.
• "Bangladesh Standard Time" or "BST" means UTC+6, the standard time zone used for all time references on the Platform.

By accessing the Platform, creating an Account, or placing any Bet, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if applicable, request closure of your Account.

These Terms & Conditions are supplemented by our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific promotional terms published on the Platform from time to time. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific promotional document, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail unless the promotional document expressly states otherwise.

To register and maintain an Account with bj99, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

bj99 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to request supporting documentation including, without limitation, a copy of a national identity card, passport, utility bill, or mobile financial service statement. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary or permanent Account suspension.

Each Player may hold only one Account on the Platform at any time. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or additional Accounts by any single individual — whether under the same or a different name, email address, mobile number, payment method, or device — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering, you are required to provide a valid email address, a mobile telephone number, and a username of your choosing. You are also required to create a secure password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

bj99 operates its Account balance in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) exclusively. All deposits, withdrawals, wagers, winnings, bonus credits, and fees are denominated and processed in BDT. No currency conversion is applied, and no foreign-exchange markup is charged on any transaction.

4.1 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

bj99 applies Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures to all Accounts. You may be required to complete enhanced verification at any of the following stages: upon registration; before your first withdrawal; when your cumulative deposits exceed specified thresholds; or whenever bj99 reasonably determines that additional verification is necessary for fraud prevention, responsible gaming, or compliance purposes.

Documents that may be requested include: National ID card (NID), passport, driving licence, recent utility bill or bank statement, or a screenshot of a bKash or Nagad transaction history. All submitted documents are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6.1 Deposits

Deposits may be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotional offer. Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited to your Account balance within seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 30 minutes.

bj99 does not accept deposits from third parties. All funds deposited to your Account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits found to originate from third-party payment sources will be reversed, and the Account may be subject to further review.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. bKash and Nagad withdrawals are completed within 15 minutes of approval under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to two business days.

bj99 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will not be processed until all outstanding KYC requirements have been satisfied. Bonus Funds that have not met the applicable Wagering Requirement are not eligible for withdrawal.

bj99 does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your mobile financial service provider or bank may apply their own transaction fees, which are beyond bj99's control.

6.3 Inactive Accounts

An Account is considered inactive if no login activity has occurred for a continuous period of 12 months. bj99 reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee of ৳200 per month to inactive Accounts once the 12-month threshold has been reached. You will be notified by email before any fee is applied. Accounts with a zero balance will be archived after 24 months of inactivity.

bj99 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to Players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, the BPL, and the ICC T20 World Cup. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside the relevant offer.

General bonus conditions that apply to all promotional offers unless otherwise stated include:

• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per Player, household, device, IP address, and payment method.
• Wagering Requirements must be met in full before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• Wagering Requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified for each offer. Unused Bonus Funds will be forfeited upon expiry.

• All bets are final once confirmed. bj99 does not accept requests to cancel or amend placed bets except where a market is voided by bj99 under these rules.
• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Late bets placed after an event has commenced may be voided at bj99's discretion.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error (palpable error), bj99 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Player Accounts.
• If an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled and not completed within 48 hours of the originally scheduled start time (Bangladesh Standard Time), all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned.
• The maximum payout on any single bet or parlay is ৳20,000,000 (twenty million Taka) unless a lower limit is displayed for a specific market. Maximum bet stakes may vary by sport and market and are displayed in the bet slip.
• In-play (live) betting markets are offered at bj99's discretion. Live odds are subject to change or suspension at any time during an event without prior notice.

Cricket-specific rules: For matches shortened by weather or other circumstances, results will be governed by the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method where applicable. Player performance markets require the relevant player to participate in the match; otherwise the bet is voided.

• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bj99 employees, contractors, or other Players through any communication channel.
• Placing bets on events or outcomes that you have a direct or indirect ability to influence.
• Coordinating with other Players to exploit bonus offers or to engage in any form of collusion.

bj99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the requested timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal instruction from any payment provider.
• A request by a regulatory or law enforcement authority.
• Technical or security reasons that necessitate Account restriction to protect the Platform or other Players.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any Balance remaining in the Account (including deposits, winnings, and Bonus Funds) may be forfeited in full. Where an Account is closed for other reasons (for example, at the Player's own request or due to inactivity), the verified Balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method after all outstanding Wagering Requirements have been assessed.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any element of the Platform's content or software.

The bj99 name, logo, and all associated brand elements are trademarks of bj99. Unauthorised use of these trademarks in any context is strictly prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bj99 excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from interrupted internet connectivity, device failure, or browser incompatibility on the Player's side.
• Loss of anticipated winnings or profits from any bet, game, or promotional offer.
• Errors in odds or game pricing that are corrected under the palpable error provisions of these Terms.
• Third-party actions including payment provider delays, banking failures, or telecommunications outages.
• Losses arising from the Player's own failure to safeguard Account credentials.

bj99's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player during the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits bj99's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law.

bj99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page and, where reasonably practicable, notify Players via email or an in-Platform notification.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and contact support to arrange Account closure.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. The parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute arising under these Terms through good-faith negotiation in the first instance.

For disputes relating to the settlement of bets or game outcomes, the following process applies: the Player must submit a formal complaint to [email protected] within 30 days of the event giving rise to the dispute. bj99 will acknowledge the complaint within 48 hours (Bangladesh Standard Time) and provide a substantive response within 10 business days. If the Player is not satisfied with bj99's response, the matter may be escalated through the Platform's independent dispute resolution process.
